TANDRA
Tandra joined Love INC of Sheboygan County in July 2020 as the new Executive Director. She previously worked as the Project Leader of Social Impact for Kohler Co. where she coordinated the Arts/Industry residency program and assisted with global stewardship and sustainability initiatives. Prior to Kohler Co., she worked for the Kohler Foundation, Inc. and served as one of the founding board members for NOURISH Farms, Inc. Tandra holds a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. As Executive Director, she will be accountable for all areas of operation ensuring the fulfillment of the mission of Love INC and the faithful execution of the Core Values.
LINDA
Linda joined Love INC as an Intake Specialist Volunteer in 2014. She comes to Love INC with 40 years of administrative experience in the medical field working as a Medical Transcriptionist. She graduated from Herzing Institute (now Herzing College) with a degree in Medical Transcription/Medical Assistant. She has also Volunteered for the last 19 years as a Coast Guard Auxiliarist. She also Volunteers at the Plymouth Food Pantry and is an organist at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Plymouth. She loves what she is doing, helping others to improve their lives and bringing God into their lives.
DAWN
Dawn has taken the new role of Director of Programs in October 2022 in order to move us into a more personal approach with our programs. She comes to Love INC with over 20 years of experience working with students and families in the Howards Grove School District. Dawn received her BS degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from Lakeland College. Prior to working at Love INC, Dawn volunteered with our organization on the Transformational Ministry Steering Committee and as a Transformational Ministry mentor. She is an active member of First United Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, where she mentors confirmation students and does mission trips. Dawn likes to focus on the gifts of volunteers, empowering them to use their God given talents to be the hands and feet of Christ.
NICOLE
Nicole has just joined Love INC as our new Connection Center Manager. She joins our team with a passion to bring the love of Christ to others and empower them to live life abundantly. Along with her years of experience as a leader in women’s ministry and coordinating ministry with churches of different dominations, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Oral Roberts University. She loves to pray and intercede for people, and is excited to be involved in an organization that encourages this. Nicole is looking forward to establishing new relationships with volunteers, members of the community, and encouraging others to use and grow their gifts and talents to further the Kingdom of God.
ADI
Love INC welcomes a new intern to the Connection Center, Adializ Marie Rodriguez Ramos, or Adi, as we affectionately call her. Adi is from Puerto Rico and is bilingual. She loves to share the love of Christ with our neighbors and is excited to help in any way she can. She loves to paint and create music on her guitar. She is also quite the Social Media guru!
We are so thankful that she is part of the Love INC team and look forward to seeing her gifts and talents on display!
